Privacy

We don't track you. We don't run any analytics. We don't use any cookies. We don't give your email address to sponsors.

We do show some of your data in our attendee list and share your email address with our video partner. Let us know if you don't want us to do that.

If you register for the conference you give us some data, including your email address. That data ends up in our accounting software and the like, and in our attendee list.

Email

We use your email address for two purposes:

  1. To keep you informed of the conference. This includes your invoice and mails about the conference.
  2. We may share it with one video partner in order to give you free access to the conference videos. You can ask us not to do so, but that means you can't circumvent the video paywall. More news on this will follow.

Attendee list

We have a public attendee list that we add you to unless you explicitly opt out. It shows the name, company, social media link, and country that you entered in our ticket system. It does not contain your email address.

We probably should make this opt-in, but in our experience the opt-out method has certain distinct advantages because not everybody buys their own ticket. You may not be entirely sure if someone else bought a ticket for you. In those cases, a lookup table is very useful.
